By accessing or using My Cloud Schools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Educational institutions using the platform are responsible for ensuring that their staff, students, and parents adhere to these guidelines.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information during registration. School administrators are responsible for the security of their institutional access tokens and for managing the roles and permissions of their staff and students.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Plans: Fees are based on student population and institutional modules as outlined in our pricing structure.
• Renewals: Subscriptions are typically renewed on a termly basis. Failure to renew may result in restricted access to institutional data.
• Cancellations: Schools may cancel their subscription at any time. We provide data export tools to ensure schools maintain ownership of their records.

4. Acceptable Use

The platform must be used strictly for institutional management and educational purposes. Any attempt to compromise system security, reverse-engineer the software, or store illegal content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, My Cloud Schools is not liable for indirect damages resulting from temporary service interruptions or data handling by institutional administrators.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
